L-Glutamine is a fuel source for numerous cells of the immune system and may help to reduce infection rates in athletes during strenuous competition and training. Supplementary glutamine may spare muscle protein in the case of inadequate dietary intake. Glutamine may also increase the cellular hydration status, which may be an anabolic signal.

Recommended Dosage:
Add 5 grams (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) into squirt bottle or glass. Add 300ml of water and shake or stir.

Training Supplement Protocol:
Post-Training Consume 5gm Pharmatec L-Glutamine with water or shake immediately.
Post-Training (optional) Consume 5gm Pharmatec L-Glutamine with water or shake following time lapse of approx 2 hours.
