o Whey Protein Concentrate - is a medium digesting and absorption protein with an excellent muscle building amino acid profile. It also contains high levels of immune and health enhancing protein fractions making it ideal to support muscle growth and the metabolism of hard trainers.
o Micellar Casein - is a slow digesting, anti-catabolic protein that supplies muscle building nutrients long after whey protein levels subside giving a sustained release of nutrients for maximum growth.

Glutamine Peptides - This stable form of Glutamine stops catabolism (muscle breakdown) after training and switches on muscle anabolism (tissue regeneration) for faster recovery and growth.
