WHEN TO USE IT?
Use up to three servings per day by mixing 2 scoops into 250mls of water or 400mls of non fat milk. On training days: Take one serving with water 45-60 minutes prior to a training session, take a second serving with milk or water within 30 minutes after a training session and take a third serving as breakfast, mid-morning or mid-aftenoon snack.

On non training days:
Take one serving as breakfast, as a mid-morning and mid-aftenoon snack.
